when we came, the owner met us and was friendly. the room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. breakfast offered a wide array of excellant meals.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was FAB. What's more, the parking is onsite. It's close to the beach. There's Belgrave Tandoori serving quick orders minutes from the hotel.

Best base for exploring Torquay. Appreciated that flat-screen TV and a radio were included. The personnel of the hotel were helpful.
Hope you won't have the same problem with drainage.
